This project involved a complete tear-off and re-roof of 2,000 sq. ft. at 2244 Pimlico Way, including permits, waste disposal, facia board repairs, and installation of high-quality GAF HDZ shingles with upgraded underlayment, ridge ventilation, and painted flashings. It also included replacing 158 ft. of gutters with new white facia gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards, as well as replacing the chimney’s metal cap. The work was completed with a thorough cleanup and was backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty.
