Reyes Roofing tear off the existing roof and install a new one at 40 Forest Drive, Forest Knolls, CA. The work included removing one roof layer, hauling away debris, inspecting all wood, and installing new roofing materials. The new roof consisted of Malarkey Highlander shingles, underlayment, ridge caps, drip edge metal, and pipe flashings. The flat roof was covered with a PVC membrane. All flashings were painted, O’Hagin vents were be installed for attic ventilation, the job site was thoroughly cleaned. A five-year warranty covers all work.
